Dublin turns into a festive city in December when many of the popular shopping streets and squares are decorated in Christmas lights and fancy baubles. The Christmas markets are becoming a popular attraction and the main market is known as the Mistletown Christmas Festival. In this guide, we recommend hotels near Dublin Christmas Market that are not only conveniently located but also highly rated and excellent value for money.
Hotels near Dublin Christmas Market
Dublin Christmas Market is located at the indoor market on St Michan’s Street. This indoor facility is usually used as a fruit and veg market but is transformed in December to take on a festive experience. While there are a couple of hotels in this area, I suggest staying close to O’Connell Street where there is more going on in terms of things to do, sights, cafes, bars and shopping.
